Today was a hard day at work. My feet are throbbing and my back aches. I accidentally put on my walking shoes instead of my work shoes. Thankfully, only one store tomorrow. I was so tired yesterday after the walk and then doing abs that I took a nap in the afternoon. I'm running low on Brazil nuts so I need to start looking for them again.
