Yesterday I didn't do my morning walk. I woke up late and decided to rest. Last night I did 30 minutes of abs. It felt so good! I have continued taking the gut repair powder and pill. Yesterday I took the day off from working out because my ankle was acting up from the slight twist. Today I resumed walking. I only walked 45 minutes and then did 20 minutes of abs.
