RE: the library incident

It seems that story touched a lot of nerves. I remember seeing a video of a woman who was furious in a Starbucks and was coughing at a woman (the cougher was maskless and yelling when not coughing). I did one circuit each of Zumba and abs last night. This morning it was a 45 minute walk and then 45 minutes of Zumba. Not sure if I have time to do the abs tonight. Sign in to see full entry.

I went to the library to return some DVDs and check out more. I was perusing the DVDs when a woman came up right behind me and stood there! Oh c'mon! Today I woke with my back almost locking up (just the right side). I decided to do an easier workout. I walked for 40 minutes. I started to do Zumba but I was too hot. I cooled off for a while. I did 1.5 Zumba and 30 minutes of abs besides that. My back still hurts but not as bad. Sign in to see full entry.

Goldiec there are three in the house 6, 11 and 15. Last night I decided to splurge. So to help burn off the calories I worked out for almost an hour (yes, besides the 2 hours earlier in the day). I didn't do two hours of workout on Saturday. I just did Zumba for an hour. No workouts on Sunday and Monday since I work those days. Today I did 2.5 times Zumba and 2.5 times abs. I was exhausted when I finished but energized at the same time. Sign in to see full entry.
