I took two doses of antibiotics already. My face is still swollen but at least its not getting worse. I need to have the root canal done this week while I am still on the antibiotics. I got into the dentist office early this morning. They had to give me antibiotics and Motrin to take with my Tylenol. In a couple of days I can go back and get started on treatment. Well, I listened to binaural beats as I slept, that and the extra strength Tylenol took the pain away. Unfortunately my right side of my face has swollen. Yesterday I only did my power walk. I heard that it is better to mix it up so that themuscles are confused and not used to routine. I did my usual 2 hour workout on Tuesday. Then later that night I walked another 30 minutes. Yesterday was my lazy day. Today I did 60 minutes of abs and 50 minute power walk.
