Yum! This is my kind of food. I love refried beans, tortillas, and fresh salads. Avocado is one of my favorites. I add it to turkey BLT's, and I love guacamole.

Your meal sounds wonderful, but i must admit I have never had arepas. Is that something you buy ready-made, or did you make them from scratch?
