I just came back from a walk. I haven't taken a power walk in about a week. It's starting to cool off a bit. So I didn't feel the heat until I was almost home instead of five minutes after I walked out the door! I will do two Zumbas and 20 or 30 minutes of abs as well. I just need to cool off a bit.... I did 2 full Zumbas and 20 minutes of abs. I might take a walk in a little bit. It's cooled off and about 70 here. I made some Huevos con Soyrizo. I love Soyrizo. It's the vegetarian version of chorizo - mexican sausage.It's a little spicy. I added some cheese. Sign in to see full entry.

Sigh, I wrote an entry and hit enter only to have it disappear. I did 2 hours of Zumba and 20 minutes of abs yesterday. I was disappointed in the new Zumbas. My phone is changed over. Once I turned off Siri, I was able to navigate much easier on my new phone. I think I am going to keep my eye out for any phone deals to have one for my business separate from my own phone. I set up all the websites with their user id's and passwords. I also put Microsoft... Today I changed over to my new phone. It's going to take a while to get used to it since it is apple and I am used to other operating systems.
