Our cat was rolling around, murdering a red feather, that had fallen from one of the kids garish Indian headdress costume rigs, yesterday. I yelped in pain when she snagged me with her needle sharp claws as I picked up the feather, cats are astonishingly quick! Hitler was happy to have me join in her little game, far more glad than I was. It has only been since last July, when I brought a tiny, yowling, desperately hungry and terrified little leg-climbing calico kitten home with me, from my meal delivery route. I had a bad scare about my Dad's health yesterday, fearing that I might lose him, without having visited him, for a long time. I just saw a very funny commercial. You have probably seen it already. You know the one that goes, “Tell your friends. Tell your Ma. Suckers are running in the Rifle River, the first sign that spring has finally arrived in Omer, Michigan, AKA " American Siberia." On March 23rd, the first buzzards, geese and robins were spotted, so it must indeed be true! My boss sent this to me and at first, I didn't think it was supposed to be funny. I saw the part about minutes, and figured that she had meant to say "years." Then I got past that, and began laughing. Wish I had written this! Guy W alking can add minutes to your life. Once more, I had a very strange dream, last night. This marks three nights in a row, that this has happened! Dreams that are remembered, at least those remembered by me, while not exactly rare, are rarely consecutive. I wonder if this is happening because of the changing of the seasons, barometric pressure fluctuations, photo-period changeover from more dark hours than light hours, to the opposite, or perhaps I could blame sunspots? Both of the last two nights, I have experienced unusual, vividly realistic and clearly remembered dreams. I imagine that they were memorable simply, because they were so different from dreams that I have had in the past. The first dream, was erotic, pleasant, exciting, and devoid of the kind of controlled, unconscious self-imposed limitations I have imposed on my behavior in past dreams, of this particular type.
