Back Pain

Yesterday my back started hurting me. By evening it hurt to walk. It feels like a virus. I am also getting a cold. I have to go dump the trash cans at the doctor offices this morning. After that I'll see if I can clean the 2 houses. It's only 3 hours, so I might be able to. Greg and the boys are cleaning the insurance place on Saturday. I got up early because my back hurt so bad. My day to rest!

Greg didn't sleep too well. He woke up at 4:00 a.m. then 5:00 a.m. He thought it was because he had drank some black tea. So, I woke up a few times too, but was able to go back to sleep right away. I got up at 6:15 and got to work by 6:45. I think that is what time I will start going, as I got all the floors mopped before the office workers came in. I can't clean 3 rooms until they arrive, because of the patient files. I am glad today is free. My back hurts and I need rest. Tomorrow the boys are... Sign in to see full entry.

Thoughts on my Day

I have been SO tired all day. Going to bed late and getting up early do not get along! I tried to take a nap, but just as I had gotten asleep someone woke me up. That happened 2 more times in the next hour. So, finally I got up. Petra and I did some errands and went to the coffee shop. I had 2 cups of coffee. Now I feel more awake, but still tired. A Birthday Party!

Yesterday was Clemy's 10th birthday. She and Petra planned her party and sent invitations out. She invited 4 girls and her cousin Nick. She also invited a friend of mine so I would have someone to visit. We live by a park and got permission to turn on the sprinklers so they could do a "slip n slide". It was homemade, with a tarp and plastic and baby shampoo to make it slippery. They all had a blast. Petra made a "Cookie Cake" and Horchata. The only thing missing was the pinata. They even made... About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
