Trivia of the week

This was a busy, full week. Now, I don't have time to write as well or as much as I would like, but maybe I have to make time or not write at all. I found out this week that the dear elderly lady I work for has a melanoma cancer on her face. I don't know if this means she will die, but I guess that's a possibility. I am hoping for the best and will be praying for her. I have another great niece. We had one sunny warm day this week. Maybe more, but I only noticed one. I already miss my son that... Family weekend

I had a very nice weekend. Even though rains threatened there were 6 tents set up. 2 families slept in trailers and some in the house. Lots of food and drink. There were 2 new adorable babies and a couple of small children. No one got hurt on the 4-wheeler. The first night I did not sleep well, as the tent was on a slight incline and it was cold. The mummy bag wasn't warm enough and I got claustrophobia in it. In the middle of the night I moved to the living room couch. The next night I slept... Sign in to see full entry.

The security alarm went off!

Tonight Levi and I cleaned at our newest job. It is a company that sells health care items and delivers them. All went well.... until I set off the security alarm! I did everything right, but what I didn't know was that Levi hadn't locked the back door and after I punched in the numbers to exit, he opened the back door! How embarrassing! I couldn't find any numbers to call. Finally, I called the security company, whose number was on the entrance door. They said someone would be down in 5 minutes... Sign in to see full entry.

More about my birthday

I am thankful this day is over. I am quite tired now. I had a wonderful birthday yesterday. All of my grown children called, including my daughter who lives in Mexico. My youngest daughter cleaned the house and put a "Happy Birthday" on the bulletin board. Greg and the boys made a fountain with rocks that sounds like a creek flowing. About this Blog

I plan on writing about past and present life experiences and what I have learned from them. I also want to tell stories of things in my past, some humourus, some serious and some trivial. I have done some traveling and want to describe those places and people accurately, maybe in some cases changing names if I see it could embarrass someone. I will write out of my heart and hopefully give hope to some of my readers. I do not have all the answers, but have lived long enough to know there are many trials in life and obstacles. I want to examine life, it's simplicities and complexities and share my observation and at times opinions with others.
