Blog DescriptionAttempting to provide a different perspective on the things that we have come to accept and believe but this time around with a much mellower tone. Make no mistake however, patience with the bible lobotomized, (or those rendered dysfunctional by any holy book for that matter), is still in short supply. All I would ask anyone to consider is this; we all have a penchant to default to the notion of respecting the beliefs of others, my first response when someone tries to play that card against me is always the same . . . Wednesday, January 31, 2007I'm a popular guyOver the years that I have been here on Blogit I have demonstrated that I have a fairly thick skin. Normally, I only become offended when someone pulls a weapon or is intending offence. And it is a good thing too, as I've had poems written about me on several occasions and posts that definitely fall... We are all aware of the ever increasingly aggressive rhetoric being preached... Some so obscure that I have had to look them up just to understand what my antagonists were trying to say. With every name I am called there is a bit of self examination. First to see if I am overlooking... These same people will demand that everyone else not unfairly paint all members of... In other words; the cybor version of a confession and the signing of a user agreement to engage in future dialogue on this... It was well after midnight, if they are going to advertise things such as that on TV, I thought the time of day appropriate but then the ad itself took a little twist I hadn't expected. Where it started... Yep,..... a man who claims to have graduated from Harvard Business School treated us to that gem. There will always be those amongst us who have their own slant on things,... Aside from the widely diverse geographical regions, climates, elevations etc., I see lands populated by numerous races, cultures and ethnic groups. Amongst this eclectic mix of peoples are countless religious beliefs. Many people see just one big extension of America. Anyone not... There are many reasons why this is so. Every person that walks upright on this planet is wired just a bit differently than the next person. There is not one set of beliefs that exists anywhere that will... My feeling is that the notion itself, that of ancient man... Sign in to see full entry. |
