Writing is easy; Publishing ain't
For some reason I've come to like the word "ain't" even though it's not considered good English grammar. It rhymes with "cain't" and paint and saint. Grandma Lucy pronounced it "cain't" although she tended to use King James' English and salted her sentences with "thee" and "thou." What a quaint... Sign in to see full entry.
