Spring Fever!!!

It sticks out like a sore thumb..

... and, it IS a sore thumb! After yesterday's mishap and 4 hours in urgent care today to get my thumb looked at and X-ray'd, I've ended up with a bike with a slightly bent foot peg (but no scratches), a small fracture and big sprain of my right thumb joint. Wow, it IS possible to work out too hard

I had to quit working out so hard with my pilates. I would come home afterwards, have to rest for about two hours and then was tired the rest of the day. The singing cat
