The Courtyards

My high school has two courtyards in it. The large courtyard was designated the Faculty Courtyard. It was for faculty as you might have guessed. I never saw any faculty use it. Hair Rules

My high school had rules when it came to hair. No facial hair was allowed. Hair could not go below one's collar or eyebrows. I have a feeling the eybrow rule came out with The Beatles. Albert Landon

I did not know Albert Landon's real voice for the first three months I was at school. My best friend Fred was a year ahead of me as was Albert, who was his friend. Shave Me

Some students would shave in high school before at school before the day started. If you were caught with facial hair, you could earn yourself a detention. I did not do that. I shaved at home.
