My best guy friend of 24 years has been going through a rough time. His wife of nineteen years left him and their two boys for someone else. My friend and I write each other alot. I have chronic pain in my feet. I have been on a clonidine patch since 1996 to enable me to tolerate wearing shoes. Clonidine had its share of side effects.
