THEY ATE WHAT?
One really exciting and jaw dropping experience in this new foods research endeavor of mine is the surprises I run into. I have been trying to study the eating habits of the South during depression and found it to be incredibly interesting and just down right incredible. I am trying to bring back some of the foods back for with new presentations and flavors. People on the farms for the most part ate better or at least more nutritionally than those in the city.
