Things they are a moving along too fast
All my categories are laid out and many ready to be filled in, some are already. Now each and every dish must be proved again. I am loving it, yet I am stressed. It takes twice as long to cook a dish if you have to measure each ingredient, mark it off as matching the amount on the recipe and looking for any changes in look, taste, texture or whatever!
