I love to cook, but only when its an 'art'....I turn on the classical music, let my imagination take over...add the perfect garnish or a splash of this or that....
But those gals over in Nevada that cooked for their rancher husbands and sons all the day long just threw the casseroles together more often than not and called it good...they'd cooked more than their share of meals and there was no art involved whatsoever...I understand. Obligation sometimes ruins the creative genius...

I tend to make time because without that I began a weight gain that did not stop my last two years of busy - busy work and take out or eat out. Then I was ill for a long time and cooked less and now I cook daily and love it. Thanks for the visit.

I tend to agree with you. If you don't like it you won't do it well most likely.

We never had a pet goose. Grandma had one but it was no pet it would bite you black and blue if it got the opportunity. I love your sense of humor!

Too Fast
Hi Cookery lady thank you for your comments. The only advice I can give is never eat a pet goose, we had one for Christmas when I was a kid and no one would eat it.

Justi - I think cooking is a work of art and love. There is no gender preference. Thanks so much for your lovely comment and yes I feel he will be grown up all too soon.
