ITS TIME TO MOVE THE HOUSE OR MOVE OUT OF THE HOUSE
I understand most houses in the colder climes have basements. My house is in the deep American South and is over a 100 years old. It not only has no basement it is almost flat on the ground in the back quarter of it. The termite people have a difficult time getting to all the areas. My husband is such a dear about the garbage; I don't have to ask he simply keeps the garbage taken care of at all times.
