If he learned that sort of speech there perhaps he shouldn't go back. Why does he say that? Well my guess is that he assumes that the teachers are not coming to school so why should he. Maybe he just got a glimpse of something he had to work hard for and now no more school. The teachers are showing concern only for themselves.
