It's freezing in the city this morning but our high today will be thirty-nine. They are saying by Friday we may get snow. Everything outside looks so dreary. Today our high is supposed to be 35 and it will be cloudy. Next week we will be in the 40s. Roy didn't start the fireplace yesterday because our refrigerator broke. It's a chilly twenty-nine degrees this morning with snowflakes coming down. We haven't had much snow this winter and I'm wondering if this pattern will stay because it is very unusual. It's another rainy day in the city. Our high will be 62 today which really surprises me for the beginning of January. I remember January days when it was so cold the furnace never stopped running.
