I went for my second post-op cataract check-up yesterday and was pleased with the results. The whole visit only lasted an hour and a half, which is good because most of the time is spent in the waiting room. It's always so busy when we go there, as there are so many people getting surgery. It's going to be another rainy day. Our high today will be 62. Sadie has had it with all this rain. When she goes outside, she returns in a muddy mess and has to get cleaned up. It's in the 40s this morning with rain. This is a bit much after having temps in the 70s and 80s for a few days. Our high will only be in the 50s. It looks like it will be an inside day for Sadie. I had my cataract surgery yesterday, and I want to share my experience just in case anyone has to go for this type of surgery. I'm sitting here writing this with a patch over my left eye. It's in the 60s this morning, and our high will be 70. Yesterday it was in the 80s. We are expecting rain today, and the humidity is supposed to be high.
