I need Maryland to suspend the gas tax. Ours is tied into inflation, so it goes up a lot.

I saw a reel on a cool way to fold a burrito or soft shell taco. You lay the shell flat put the ingredients in the middle then part it like Moses did the Red Sea. Then fold one side to the middle then the other so that the folds are in the middle then put one side on top. Ta da the Moses fold is complete!

I used to make a big crockpot full of what I called hamburger soup - which was based on a meal I cooked while we were on camping trips. It's the same as beef stew, but the little burger bites are browned before they're added to the mix. Your post reminded me how well we liked leftovers.

Sherri, when the kids were little, I would heat up my leftover stew, cook wide egg noodles, and serve the stew over them. They loved it. I hope you have a good day!

Good afternoon. Leftovers always make for a good meal. For whatever reason, they taste better the next day. When I was a kid, my mom always took the leftover stew and served it over a bed of rice. I served it that way for my girls too. It was chilly this morning, but it is warming up to be a nice day. I tossed in a load of towels. Other than that, I'm not doing any chores today other than running to get my hair trimmed. Enjoy your day.
