A Tale of Two Months

December was a warm, wet month. It seemed like we couldn't escape the rain. Now we are in January, and it has been cold with bits of snow here and there. Boiler Issues

We use boilers for the floor heat. Floor heat melts any ice and snow that gets into the self-service.
