Tank Liability

When Dad started off at Location A, held tank liability. Tank lability goes into effect when say for instance the gas tanks underground leak. When you pay for gas, you most likely figure it goes to the gasoline dealer. In actuality, that is unlikely. When you pay with credit or debit, the money goes straight to the oil company. An Era Ends

Location A is out of gas and diesel. The Oil Company is there, getting the pumps out of there. At some point, the canopy will be removed. The biggest task of all are the tanks. Out of the Residential Landlord Business

Yesterday, we sold our final house of the three rental houses Dad owned behind Location A. Al ended up buying it. I'm glad that we are out of the rental business.
