I'm Hoping It Can Be Fixed Quickly

I stopped by Location D and saw that the automatic touch-free was out of service. Brad was able to reset it remotely, but a customer called a little later to report that the machine was down again. Sleeping Customers

Every now and then, we get a customer who dozes off. They park their car inside the automatic touch-free wash and fall asleep. In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a huge deal—no one can wash until they wake up, but it’s manageable. Thankfully, no one has ever fallen asleep in the conveyor tunnel... Unprecedented

March 2025. Dad, Ann and I were in the office when Dad received a call from Amelia. William had his parole hearing. My family and I did not connect the dots that it was parole-related news. Appeal Denied

Silas Johnson was not interested in taking William's appeal of his post-conviction denial. He did not feel that an appeal would go anywhere.
