Dad Leasing a Car Wash?

Dad approached Bill Kelly on Tuesday about leasing Bill's car wash. The car wash is near my house and Mom's house. Roy Foley opened it in 1994. Knee and Modem

Mom is giving thought to having her right knee replaced. Having seen the interesting shape of her patella, and the ever increasing difficulty she has with walking, I am not surprised that she is now giving it thought. Ten More Years?

Peter, the landlord at Location C, and Dad have verbally agreed to adding ten more years to the lease. The lease would last until 2030. Drop 7

Dad paged Josh Gabber. The timing was around 1995. Josh did not work for Dad at the time. However, he was a great friend of Dad's with HVAC, plumbing and electrical experience, coming in as a contractor when Dad needed him.
