The prices for scratch offs for the Pennsylvania Lottery are $1, $2, $3, $5, $10 and $20. The $5 scratch offs are the most popular tickets. Out Goes Whitt

It was Spring or Summer 2003, when Maryland's Supreme Court refused to hear Dad's best price lawsuit against the Oil Company. Dad did not show any disappointment.
