Them Droughts

During the last 20 years or so, Maryland has had several droughts. Maryland is known for having an having an abundant water supply, but there have been times when we have realized that we cannot expect the rain to fall. When Dad bought Location A in July 1988, he had an employee problem. Many of the employees there were high.
