Bob Leaving?

Dealer Bob Kendrick told Dad he's ready to walk away from Location A. The record-setting rainy 2018 has frustrated Bob. Bob has been in the car wash and gasoline businesses since 2011. The Talk with Ann

Dad did talk to Ann about her attitude as it related to Tuesday evening's negative reaction to a customer I was on the phone with. She did sound receptive to Dad's words. He'll Be Glad When the Year Ends

The other day, Dad said to me, "Man, I'll be glad when this year is over." From a business perspective, it hasn't been a good year, not with all of the rain we've received since late July. Short of 30

The realization hit me the other day. When Dad closed Location D's convenience store back in May, it marked Dad being two months short of reaching his 30th year in the gasoline business.
