- Go to Ann with Attitude
If you are going to be in business, you must learn to deal with people with all sorts of attitude. People will take a one time outburst as your business attitude.
When I had my own coin shop, I had a partner that was a 'yes or no' guy. He wasn't much for making deals, so when I went out to big shows, he usually stayed at the shop. At least the people there knew that I'd be back on Monday!

Yeah, sounds like this isn't a job she actually wants to be doing.

This is one for Dad. Ann's hissy-fit is not appropriate with clients.

With time and experience she may develop some service attitude, or
at least make nice with customers in spite of her personal feelings.

I am not going to run Anne down, I think Dad should explain to her that sadly the customer is always right, it is good business practice. Well unless you really want to get shot of a pain.

FS,
You raise a great question regarding her behavior when u and Dad arent around. I think Dad should treat her like all other employee.
