Back in the late 00s and early 10s, Location C used to get a fair amount of mulch...during winter. It is not uncommon for the car washes to have mulch in the bays during spring. For whatever reason, C received the mulch during winter. It stopped several years ago. I am not sure why, but I am glad.... Sign in to see full entry.
