Isn't that some form of covering for plants to stop weeds? Strange it is found in a car wash - glad its not there anymore though.

Perhaps, some farmers were using the car wash a lot until things changed on that farm. Or they changed car-washing location. To Location M for mulch?!

Strange that you shouid find a lot of mulch in car wash! Maybe some professional gardeners were washing their trucks there...

Cleaning's not my favorite thing to do these days. I'm trying to clean up bird poop on my porch before a freeze comes.
