DYU: Do You Understand?

Do you often talk and can tell the person to whom you are speaking does not understand what you are saying, though you are not using vocabulary words above a 5th grade level? Blame and Claim

Why is it that blaming others make some feel good and claiming what belongs to others make many feel better? It amazes me when I hear someone take credit knowing that they contributed little to nothing. What was done cannot get traced to the person. That will not stop some from taking undue credit.... About this Blog

After years as an educator, serving as a teacher and administrator, I have experienced profoundly the focus of my dissertation. I looked at conflict resolution in an elementary school setting. As an individual, initially I did not realize the impact of early learning (in the home) and the real impact on student learning. It is clear now after observing and seeing the dysfunctional behavior prevalent in all aspects of society. This blog will serve as a place to share and receive information that can benefit many in a reciprocal way.
