Glad to Be Back

I had to deal directly with people in a confrontational mode for they seemed not to understand or get it any other way.  Professionally, I always was direct.  This challenge among family and friends was a war of wills and words!  I had to accept that ignorance was a factor and that I had to return to teaching mode on adults.  A change for all has made it possible for me to return to what I love.  I love it here and you, my friends.

Welcome back! This can lead to a sad and bitter situation.

I think that when people feel that they have nothing to contribute they are more inclined to try and claim other's work in an effort to hide thier perceived inadequacy.  It's all rather sad....

There's an important thought here.....

It amazes me as well regarding those who are quick to get the credit when they haven't done anything! But, for me, they have to live with themselves and it always seems to come out in the end and they are left red faced and discredited! sam

Long time no see...I always find it fascinating to see how the credit or blame is accepted and/or passed on.

I cannot tell you how nice it is to have you back and yet I just did. I think the rub comes when we take credit for the good things and turn over those things that cause pain or harm. Maybe the proper word would be responsibility.

Interesting analysis. Which is worse . . . taking credit for something you didn't do, or passing blame onto someone for something negative that you did do? Hmmm . . . food for thought for another day!

Very wisely conveyed...Fakers and takers are usually fragile at their core

Strength of balance matters, imho..

Goodness I thought I remembered your writing. Of course it is so sad when someone has put in the effort, just to see it slip away so ruthlessly. I do hope you have overcome your

previous challenges.
