Half-assed Efforts Reap Half-assed Results!

I am discouraged. My overeating last week led to yet a higher number on the scale. 169.4lbs. Who knows.....maybe next week I can break the record and tip it over 170lbs! Blew it again..

Eating from 3 different restaurants in one day maybe wasn't the best idea? Eating out is always dangerous while watching your weight as you have little control over portion size, salt and fat content.
