the day started out great....
I downed 3 large glasses of water followed by a breakfast of 2 scrambled eggs and an orange. Lunch was chicken breast on a bun...and more water. Blueberries for mid afternoon snack. Feeling successful! A pre-dinner glass of red wine, then another. 2 porkchops, potatoes and carrots smothered in butter and brown sugar (not what I would have cooked...but I am a guest and must eat what they eat!) Another glass of red wine with dinner. Then, my girlfriend FORCED me to have a Dairy Queen Blizzard (at least 600 calories!!) Late night chatting led to yet another glass of wine and Munchie Mix (Doritos, cheetoes, pretzels,etc.) Good grief! I really thought I was trying hard early in the day. I told you staying at my girlfriends would be a challenge!! How was everyone's day??

Well you already know I'm In
And I have to pu8t down the chocolate biscuit to type this! But it's OK, I went for a long walk and had a very low fat soup for dinner. LOL
