They are just free points to use however and whenever you like throughout the week. So, even if you blow it one day you haven't blown the diet! You can also exercise to earn extra points (20 mins of exercise=1 approx. bonus point) They actually have a sliding scale thing you go by depending on 3 things: time, intensity(light, moderate, or intense), and your weight. I walked moderately yesterday for 50 mins. so I earned 3 bonus points! Good thing since I don't have points to spare at the moment!!

Cindy7 what are the bouns points?

do you have to move extra to get them? That's what I understood them to be (at least they were when I was at weight watchers, I understand they've changed things around a bit).

Just remember my story about the milk (once you spill a little bit, you don't go and pour the whole bottle onto the floor). Pick yourself up, say oh damn I made a mistake (or even - oh well it was worth treating myself just this once) and get back on the horse (so to speak).

Believe in yourself. You CAN do it if you stick your mind to it.

Popcorn, btw, is one of THE most dangerous foods on a diet.  I start eating it...even the stuff without the butter...and I can't stop!!! :)
