A Question... For millenia, I have awaited a Question...

Hmm... You'll have to be a die-hard STAR TREK fan from the Original Years, to appreciate that title... Anyway, Jeremy sent me this question, and gave me the okay to bring it out into this forum, to answer it here. I have a question with channeling energy I have heard you speak of. At most anytime I can bring into my hands an energized numbing feeling, and when I am lying down with hands together and really concentrating it feels like a really large charge. Tolerating the intolerable...

keeping silent in the face of unjust accusation; taking the slap in the face without resisting or responding; disagreeing passionately--but never aloud... Never, ever speaking Truth to Power.. I tried something new today...

So many kinds of meditation! I've been questioning the dynamics of each that I have learned, and how they all relate. Sometimes I practice one, sometimes another, sometimes I have tried bringing them together. It has never clicked, though, how to create common ground between them. I'm thinking about death today

As I mentioned the other day, on Wednesday evening, my sister's husband passed quietly from life. I hardly know what to say to my sister, or to our mother, who is really her mother and my stepmother. While that distinction doesn't always matter, at this moment, it is significant: There is a sympathy, an empathy that has its roots in the very cells, between mother and child. Saying Thank You!

In a previous post here, I told about how the word 'worship' which had always had a sort of groveling connotation in my mind, was transformed by reframing it as 'saying thank you.' This is a day-- in the US, as I have lately been reminded-- that was first celebrated with exactly that in mind: Thanking God for the most basic things, like survival against the odds, and having enough food. Crystal Magick!

There was someone who, when she came to me for a reading, heard what I could tell her of how her mother's energies had her literally trapped in a net, like a wild lion. As fast as I had shared with her this image, of the network of energy lines surrounding her body, I watched as she, on a level other than her own consciousness, changed it: of her own spiritual volition, she transformed and released that net. As promised, a ghost story

Some might call Murchie a ghost, but we call him the House Entity. Years ago, when we were keeping our first generation of fairly new kittens confined to the bathroom, with a small window open for the mom to come and go, and my girls were around 9 and 7, we drove off for a jaunt across town on an impulse, which, on my part, was connected with an odd and vague sense of urgency. Ghost Stories!

Our house has an entity that my kids noticed before anyone else did, and it seems to have a particular affiinity for our pets, and is named Murchie. Very subtle, is Murchie, and mostly seems to look after the pets. When they die, as several have over the 20 years we've lived here, Murchie looks after them until they go on to other lives or levels.
