Why Shortcuts Lead to Long Delays

Labels and statistics: excellent tools for handling things in quantities, but when it comes to individuals, as you say, they lessen, demean, and bind. Such things evolved, I suppose, out of the need to talk to each other about 'that, over there' when 'that' was out of sight, or standing next to something else... It was a shortcut to dragging someone over to confront 'that.' We use shortcuts because the world is complex and we have so many decisions to make--what to let get close to us, to... Why I'm Not A Joiner

Following requires more trust in another person than I can muster--living in an atmosphere of deceptions and absurdities wearing the little hat of Truth, trying to get a paw in my pocket, or my energy feeding a thought-form someone else cherishes-- Considering that my own interpretations of Reality have to be open to revision, rethought, reaffirmation... Tattered Knight wrote about Evil-- I commented that evil is powerful

in pulling us towards our most fear-based instincts, the most animal-based side of the human being. It is the temptation of surety and security--to have complete power over one's own life, in the form of plenty of resources, of comforts, of strength to have one's needs--actual and percieved--met fully. For over 40 years, I have been looking for clues through observation and experience, sometimes from books, often from other people's models of Reality--looking for what things matched up, whatever they were called, and for patterns and at what seems to work and what doesn't seem to work... Challenge me!

I believe firmly that there is a proper place in the Universe for everything: the model closest to Reality is the one most inclusive of all other models. The search for Truth, to me, means finding where things fit, how they inter-relate. The past couple of years, writing in this blog, I have laid out what my model is--or was, when I wrote it out. Happily, nothing new in the Nasty Email category today...

Either the steps I have taken have taken effect, or he has created enough havoc on his own end to be unable to reach a keyboard... Again, I know this is not him, but his sickness driving him, and I most sincerely hope he gets back on track! I am doing what I can, energy-wise, which is not exactly nothing, but it is based in the energy-level realities, not in the physical. Email abuse...

Well, it isn't getting any better... I feel for this person, and understand his anguish, that spurs him to the level of desperation he is in. But it has to stop. I have made moves to see it is stopped. Some of you who are on my email contacts list are aware of some of it. Now gmail and hotmail have also been informed. Any more of the viciousness will bring in bigger, meaner authorities. A problem with the madness and delusion of abuse is that it thinks it operates in a closed system, a vacuum, a...
