The day has zoomed by me quite fast so far. Part of it due to the endless number of phone calls and part of it because in answering a question to Corbin Dallas, I found the missing part of my intro of my book in progress. What I wrote in response to him was clumsy because I was on the phone with one... Sign in to see full entry.

I accidentally found the passion I needed to finish two short stories that have stared back at me for months. I was traveling and I kicked my Kindle on, meaning to listen to one Audible story, but ended up listening to one of my own. I intended to listen to a 'chick writen' murder story I was asked... It got down to -10 last night, but it has come up to a sweat-inducing -3 right now (9:15 AM) with an expected high of 17. I'm not sure how it happened, but I woke up to realize it was very cold in the house. First, I thought perhaps the pilot light on my furnace had gone out. Nope. Buster, my big... It was Frankie Valli who sang the title song from the movie,'Grease' where he sang 'Grease is the word!' If he lived here, the song would be ' Cold is the word!' It was -7 last night, with a projected high of 18 today. I can't really complain, but what the heck? I'm gonna anyway! It's supposed to... Sign in to see full entry.

Things to do, things to do. While I will end up making some pocket change out of this, I've managed to land several small jobs that I can do semi-quickly, but I'm starting to hit a speck of ability to write again. Yeah, I'm still belly-aching about that November incident. Never underestimate the... Sign in to see full entry.

I met with my doctor and he found nothing physical, but ordered a big batch of lab work. The important ones will post results by Friday. As I posted in a comment, I volunteered for this appointment based on a 'sense' that something was going on in me. My doctor has figured out that my 'sense' of... Sign in to see full entry.

I have an appointment to see my cancer doctor in about an hour to get some tests and make sure of my current status. I'll be back in the afternoon. Thanks! V Sign in to see full entry.

For those who worried about my friend yesterday, I did reach out to a family member of theirs and notified someone else of my suspicions. I was told that the family was already worried about them, and thanked me for the call. I don't know where it went from there yet, but at least someone closer to... Sign in to see full entry.
