I'm sorry to hear, but found early, prostate cancer is easily handled. I run this website for a group of doctors affiliated with the NIH. In September, I will become the sole owner of it. Just a truth in advertising thing ya know. It is dedicated to the study of prostatitis, a vastly unknown and misunderstood section of medicine.
There is no fee or secret hand shake to just read and learn or join. There are a number of medical people there who can give him advice on what they have learned.

Hoping the procedure goes well, they clear out the source of possible
future incursions. I have a son who's dealing with very early stage prostate cancer - it worries him, but he's got a lot of common sense including getting 2nd opinion. Be well.
