Another Update
Whew, I have come home for a rest. Lisa's family has driven up here from Lansing, roughly a 500 mile trip, and they will with her for a day or two. I will go back tomorrow, but I have things that I must get done. I have a signed contract to be out of here by October 25th, and that date is coming far... Sign in to see full entry.
They did a biopsy this morning. All seemed to go as planned. Lisa is lightly sedated, but is aware that I am here. I asked and was given permission by the surgeon to lay next to her. Alright. This will not be easy for me to write. If you read any of Lisa's posts, I think she mentioned several times that she was having 'headaches.' Lessons to be learned. I can't let this day slip by without posting this. Today would have been my father's 99th birthday. I'm not mourning his sudden passing back in June of 1994. As you can see, we are back. We have a lot ahead of us, but we decided to claim another *US* day. We traveled over toward Munising and Marquette and spent a day or so walking the beaches and just enjoying being with one another.
