What a day I had yesterday! I spent all of it trying to install a new version of an anti-virus I had bought through the net a year ago and the "gadget" to have access to wireless internet (I can get High speed wireless at the apartment in Ottawa). Son is at the ski resort giving lessons, Mann is in Germany, dog is out somewhere, so, there's just me today! And thus, it's a good time to reflect on the world. A quiet day

Finally, a "warm" day! It's only -20oC this morning and suppose to get up to -13oC! But no sun. You can't have both, warmth and sun on the same day in winter. Not much on the go. My Mann left last night...

He was all ready and packed. Or so he thought. Until he realized that he had forgotten the map and some samples he needed to bring with him. Yes, my Mann is gone... but only for 2 weeks! There is a healthy Indian (from India) population in Ottawa and I realized last night how much I had missed their delicious food!
