Today I woke up at 6:47am! That's a first. Usually it's several times through the night. The night before it was just once. I slept through the whole night without waking. Nothing woke me up either. Fruit Smoothie
I like to make a smoothie and put it in the freezer to take to work. I drink it in between stores. The cooler bag keeps it cold as it slowly defrosts.
