I haven't been sleeping well. I keep waking to go to the bathroom through the night. I need to remember to slow down my water intake after 7pm. My order for Resurge arrived yesterday. I took my first dose last night. Resurge is supposed to help obtain a deep sleep. I slept 4 solid hours before... Sign in to see full entry.
