Great news! With the help of BigV and the comments that all of you posted, I have officially submitted my first novella for publication and paperback! I am waiting for Amazon to approve it. The house is quiet. DIL has taken kids to soccer practice. They have been given the option of continuing virtual education or going back to the classroom. Two of the 3 want to go back to school. Yesterday I didn't do my morning walk. I woke up late and decided to rest. Last night I did 30 minutes of abs. It felt so good! I have continued taking the gut repair powder and pill.
