The house is quiet. DIL has taken kids to soccer practice. They have been given the option of continuing virtual education or going back to the classroom. Two of the 3 want to go back to school. Yesterday I didn't do my morning walk. I woke up late and decided to rest. Last night I did 30 minutes of abs. It felt so good! I have continued taking the gut repair powder and pill.
