Yesterday I got my other hour in. It's easy as time goes by. I need to find another Zumba that's different so I can rotate or do them both together. Today I did Zumba and abs before we left for the soccer games. There were 3 today. First two lost and the third one was called due to rain. Sign in to see full entry.

Some of you have commented about the stamina I have. Believe me when I say that it's not easy to do. I have to force myself at times to keep going. The rewards when I look in the mirror helps as well. Today so far I have only walked for an hour. A friend texted me and I stopped my workout to text... Sign in to see full entry.

Fade Out is now over 13k words. I'm not sure how long I want to make it. The story still has a way to go. I had someone contact me and I sent two screenplays. He is still reading and loves what he has read so far. I hope he really does have all the contacts that he says he does. I'm considering... Sign in to see full entry.

Yesterday I didn't think I would have enough energy but I did. Early evening I walked to the library and dropped off my returns. So that was another hour added to my workout. This morning I did a 45 minute walk followed by 20 minutes of abs, Zumba and 15 minutes of Sweatin with the Oldies. It feels... Sign in to see full entry.

Yesterday I worked out for 1.5 hours. I did Zumba (the hard core part) twice and then 20 minutes of abs. I wanted to make sure the ankle was okay. Today I worked out the full 2 hours. I repeated the same thing with Zumba, 20 minutes of abs and walked the rest of the time. I can feel my clothes... Sign in to see full entry.

Word of the day: apple-knocker - unsophisticated person. Fade Out is now over 11k words. It's flowing smoothly. I thought about writing for NaNoWriMo, but decided against it. I intend to finish this story and move onto finishing those that I started and dropped. I have a large "bone pile" as BigV... Sign in to see full entry.

Word of the day: biblioklept - stealer of books. I understand that last night was the first year to go virtual for a film festival. Bugs and glitches will happen. They seemed more interested in giving kudos to all those who received major awards than to announce all the awards. They filmed friends... Sign in to see full entry.

Word of the day: widdershins - Scottish " in a direction contrary to the sun's course, considered as unlucky; counterclockwise." I am combining both entries today. My right ankle still balked yesterday. So I did the same thing with Zumba and then followed it with 20 minutes of abs. I find it doesn't... Sign in to see full entry.

Word of the day: apophenia - " is the spontaneous perception of connections and meaningfulness of unrelated phenomena." I made a pizza using a cauliflower crust. I've tried one already prepared and I tried making one with a frozen crust. They are not as good as regular crusts. They get mushy fast.... Sign in to see full entry.
