Yesterday I did Zumba again followed by 20 minutes of abs, 10 minutes of butt and thigh, and the remainder of the two hours bellydancing. I had to keep wiping sweat. I love that feeling. It has rained every morning this week. The ground should be quite saturated. Yesterday I got fed up not being able to walk so I did my Zumba for 70 minutes and then 20 minutes of abs.
