California Wildfires Or California Arson?

The several fires raging in California have destroyed some 1800 homes, killed three people (they have found four charred remains that, if they died as a result of fire, will put the total at seven), displaced over a million residents, and is responsible for burning 750 square miles. Terrible as that...
