There Can Be No Male and Female to Reach God

There can be neither Jew nor Greek, there can be neither bond nor free, there can be no male and female; for ye all are one [man] in Christ Jesus. - Gal. 3:28 This statement from St. Paul in his letter to the Galatians is pretty clear in its meaning to me: every single person on this earth is a part of "one". Every person is a part of "God". But it goes beyond that. According to St. Paul, there is no distinction between Jew and gentile (different religions). There is no distinction between free... We Are All Hypocrites

How is it that as Christians we can all be so hypocritical? Every single one of us, I don’t care who we are, from the Pope on down, is a hypocrite if we don’t accept someone as homosexual because the Bible says not to. Every single one of us is a hypocrite if we condemn a woman for having an abortion because the Bible says that killing is wrong. Every single one of us is a hypocrite if we believe that our Hindu neighbor is going to hell because he or she is not Christian and the Bible says that... Sign in to see full entry.

If You Can't Love Unconditionally, You Can't Reach the Kingdom of Heaven

1John 4:7 – Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. 1John 4:8 He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. In this blog, the levels of spirituality/consciousness that a person can move through as they mature – both physically, mentally and spiritually – have been summarized. The ultimate goal is the final level – union with “God” in pure love (see 1John 4:7-8 above). So how can one truly know what level one is at?... Sign in to see full entry.

The Literalness of Yeshua/Jesus' Time

When one looks at the level of consciousness/spirituality at the time of the Bible, one finds a people stuck in the mythic level of spirituality/consciousness. At this level, everything is very black and white, very concrete, very literal. It is a conformist “law and order” level where those in authority make the rules and everyone else follows them without question. Whatever is espoused by those in authority is the truth. The concepts of tolerance and diversity is unacceptable because... Sign in to see full entry.

Sin Doesn't Exist

Sin. Many bloggers have written about Sin. Some say it is real. Some say it is not. For me, there is no such thing as Sin –at least as most define it. In looking at the word Sin, one finds that it has many different meanings, breaking a divine law being just one. The Oxford dictionary defines Sin as a lapse, an error or to go astray. Sin was also the word used when an archer would miss a target. The judge would yell “Sin”, letting those gathered to watch know that the archer had “missed the... Sign in to see full entry.

I Cannot Address You as Spiritual . . . You Are Still Worldly

"Brothers, I could not address you as spiritual but as worldly--mere infants in Christ. I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready. You are still worldly." - 1 Corinthians 3:1-3 If one looks at the statement St. Paul made in his letter to the Corinthians, he is saying that those he was speaking to would not be able to understand what he had to say from a spiritual perspective, because they were not ready. They were “infants in Christ”.... Sign in to see full entry.

What Are You Afraid Of? Is it Too Much Responsibility Being "God"?

Why is it that people have such a hard time accepting the fact that we all have the capability to be "God"? Yeshua/Jesus tells us we are Gods, that we can do his works and more. Many mystics from various religions explain the process for becoming one with God. Sure, it is a hard path to choose, but it can be, and has been, done. So what then, is the problem? Could it be fear? Fear of the power we are all born with? To accept that we have in us the power to fix this world if we choose to is... Sign in to see full entry.

He That Believeth on Me, the Works I Do Shall He Also Do

John 14:12 "Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater [works] than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father." St. John writes that this is what Jesus/Yeshua stated. If one believes in Yeshua/Jesus, one will also be able to do his works. What are his works? Jesus/Yeshua taught, healed, and created miracles; these are his works. The verse does not say one will only be able to do some of his works; one will do only miracles and... More Evidence That We Are Divine

As one learns more about the mystic side of Christianity, it becomes very apparent that each person is, in fact, divine. And as one learns of one's divinity, verses in the Bible that might have been unclear or confusing before, are now crystal clear. We are "Gods". It is that simple. The fact that we are "Gods" is particularly obvious in 1 Cor. 12:12-13. What St. Paul is saying is that Jesus/Yeshua is a single body with many parts. But even though he has many parts (each person on earth), it is... Sign in to see full entry.

Stillness is the Only Way to God

Matt: 18:14 "Whosever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest in the kingdom of heaven." What exactly is Yeshua/Jesus saying here? He is saying that the key to moving toward "heaven on earth", to become one with "God" is the ability to become humble like a child. Humble is defined as being "not important" or "not proud". A little child whose ego has yet to develop is seen in its own eyes as "not important" and "not proud". So this state of humbleness is reached... Sign in to see full entry.
