Birth and Death are All in Our Minds
Sogyal Rinpoche, a Buddhist leader and a teacher of His Holiness the Dalai Lama, once said that, “... birth and death are both in the mind, and nowhere else.” I love this quote and I love the idea that it presents. Everything in this life is impermanent – an illusion. Our minds have conjured up the reality that we experience.
